      Good Exposure to business Dynamic challenges in projects

      -Very very toxic environment containing managers and internal policies, -crazy working hours with no benefits in return - Manipulation of Employees to work on weekends and after office hours - They promised people Overtime and made them work crazy hours but didn't give them anything - Low code platforms are used and no real technical growth

      Pros

      Salaries seem higher than the market, which sounds great at the beginning. However, after considering the unpaid overtime, they might actually be lower. Travel is always talked about and sounds exciting, even if it almost never happens. There are many work-from-home days, which is comfortable. Quarterly meetings are always “inspiring,” especially when hearing about the company making millions.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is more of an idea than a real thing. Employees are expected to be available almost all the time, which is great if you enjoy being always “on call” without extra pay. Overtime is not paid, based on the hope that quieter days will magically balance it, although this rarely happens. Weekend work can be requested by customers, and it is usually seen as a normal part of the job. Customers are always right, even when they clearly are not, which makes things “interesting” for employees. Travel opportunities are often promised and sound exciting, but they rarely happen in reality. HR could also improve, especially when it comes to understanding Egyptian labor law.
