Pros

Independence, ability to work from home (Which is good, you'll be doing a lot of that!). They seemed like very nice fun people when they hired me.

Cons

excessive overtime for exempt employees, lean benefits, no retirement/401K, very little PTO, low salary, expect you to be the expert on everything, even stuff you say you don't, infrastructure is a wreck, management don't understand technology, the owner especially, greed and fear led them to short the final paycheck for one employee, and not for much, which was weird and petty, IMO.

Pros

Small company atmosphere if you like that. Fair pay for beginner level employees

Cons

Not open to new ideas that aren't presented by the owner

Pros

3 Coffee pots. Office is close to the bathroom and there is an elevator that will take you to the second floor.

Cons

This was absolutely the worst professional job I have ever experienced. There is nothing good I can say about the place. You will be expected to an immediate expert in every technology they use and if you are not you will be called out in front of the entire staff to make you look stupid. Management uses fear, share and bullying to get their "Ideas" across. You will not have a work/life balance. You are expected to be available 24 hours a day. I would highly advise you to never accept any offer ISOCNET makes you. You will hate your life if you do.
