      Compensation is inflated for the market

      Cons

      Super chaotic environment No onboarding process in place and for 100% remote company this needs to be better. Expect you to work for weeks/months on personal devices - tech takes forever to get to you. Leadership is aloof and detached. Benefits look great but in reality suck. Culture is toxic.

      Lowest pay in central florida. Upper Management does not care about employees at all.
