Highest turnover Ive experienced in any company. And they will "forget" to pay you after you quit until you threaten legal action. A lot of racial microaggressions the come from the top including the founder and shop owner "HR" is related to founder and also partakes in the disfunction so forget about bringing up anything. I would prefer to work for the devil before working for debbie The team leads/managers are only leads because they have withstood every round of layoffs and would not hold those positions in any other company due to severe lack of basic engineering/sales/marketing knowledge. So PRO: if you kiss the right bottom you will have steady employment
