      Great Tech poor Operations

      Pros

      Strong technology: IPsoft used to be years ahead of other AI agents and probably still is slightly. Some excellent people.

      Cons

      Upper management cannot run the operations properly and this is pushed down to the customer facing support. At the time, the New York office had some very bad actors in management who were unprofessional in almost every way possible with stratospheric egos inversely proportional to their capabilities. Trust the latest reviews.
