      They will pay you the salary on time.

      Cons

      Senior management is too much interruptive. They won't give you time to settle down and explore your potentials. You simply have to be a yes boss person if you wish to be there. They will always have a new plan and would expect it to be delivered

      There is nothing as pros... they have multiple case and police complaint on them if any one is joinning they try to lure them with good review but beware there is nothing good about them... its fraud company and as per there company website Swetha and farhana ae director whom you can never see there are just sudo name , every company they work with will black list them... Police can arrest them any time.....

      They Con there employee never join this they are absconding if you wanna get into trap them join....

      NO PROS there is nothing good about this company

      You never get salary on Time, they take there issue with client and make employees suffer by blocking there salary , i don't find any one who is professional , if you wanna get your payslip then you have to follow up with them with number of mails and calls ... no one replies to your mail, message or call...... this consultancy looks shady..... join on your own risk... there client which i work with has really developed bad image of Iprosonic.
