      Empresa alterou de Full híbrido para Full presencial de uma hora para outra. Apesar de presencial, muitas equipes continuam remotas. Desorganização e caos nos projetos.

      Pros

      No dress code People very open to new people and ways of thinking. Open to diversity You can work 100% remote, and the ones who go to the office the most only have to go 2 days a week, I go once a month or so.

      Cons

      In Rio, the office is a bit uncomfortable to arrive and leave by public transportation, even worse when it rains. They do not pay at the end of the month but on the 5th working day of the following month so you should try not to run out of money at the end of the month and it is never the same date. I have the perseption that my boss is sometimes too busy to sit down and plan my development.
