Pros
The one owner (Brian) is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He was wonderful to work with and communicate with. It's a shame he doesn't have a more active role in the day-to-day.
Cons
The day-to-day owner is a nightmare to deal with. She constantly talks poorly about employees to their faces and behind their backs, makes people cry and comments about their bodies and what they are wearing. I am surprised she is still allowed to play an active role in the company when she has been the direct cause of numerous people quitting. She is also not up to date with the latest market trends and operates the business like she was stuck in the 80s.
