      Highly flexible for work times. No monitoring of work hours. 24x7 access to office space. Free coffee and water. Friendly management

      No regular performance reviews. No pay revisions or career planning. High travel.

      Flat hierarchy, direct exposure with clients (top names of the industry), full responsibility. Good for a 1 to 2 year stint.

      Cons

      Its a 1-man show, no continuous learning, pay is below-average with no formal annual review system. No wonder the employee retention rate is very low
