No positive things been captured when I worked in this organisation. Fake People with Fake promises
Cons
1) These people will never provide you Offer letter, any employee benefits like PF, ESI and so on. 2) No Experience letter after you resignation. 3) If your planning to resign they will toucher throughout our notice period and make you quit before completing your notice period hence you will not get your experience letter. 4) They won't allow you to mingle with people around and they will control you freedom to go outside,talk to colleagues around and your mobile phone will be placed in box which they provide and they use your mobile to steal your datas when your not available. 5)They make you to work over time and won't pay a penny for your OT. 6) Verbally Abusing employee happens. 7) Treats you as slaves. 8) Accusation on Performance, characters will happen. Positive comments are given by management don't blindly believe and join this organisation.
