My recent experience with INCATech’s recruitment process was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I feel compelled to caution potential candidates about the negative impact this company’s hiring practices can have.
INCATech reached out to me multiple times, and I agreed to discuss the position, dedicating my time and resources to their interview process. Despite my early concerns about salary and distance, they insisted on an onsite meeting with their management team.
The most aggravating part was receiving a notice stating they would not be extending an offer due to onsite needs, even though the position was advertised as 100% remote. This blatant misrepresentation and inconsistency are unacceptable and disrespectful to candidates’ time and effort.
This entire ordeal was an unnecessary waste of time, reflecting poorly on INCATech’s recruitment process. Candidates should be wary and prepared to walk away if the opportunity turns out to be misrepresented.
Unless INCATech addresses these issues and improves their candidate engagement practices, I strongly advise against engaging with their recruitment process. Your time and effort deserve to be respected, and there are plenty of other opportunities where this respect is guaranteed.
