Much-needed organization in the humanitarian sector

Pros

The opportunities provided at IMPACT/REACH can't be found elsewhere - you work with incredibly dynamic and smart people to fill a unique and necessary role in a humanitarian response. IMPACT/REACH play a very focused but niche role that cuts across many subjects, so you get exposure to an entire array of different humanitarian needs while staying true to the organization's core principles of providing an objective and neutral evidence base to make better decisions and to better serve populations.

Cons

Long work hours and intense pressure, not necessarily from the organization itself but from the overall response. The organization is less than 10 years old, which allows for flexibility at times but leads to gaps in other respects in terms of policies and systems.
