Extreme growth potential as the facility and company has expanded and continues to do so since opening the doors to the McKinney facility in 2023
Cons
It is a startup/ greenfielded venture (albeit a very well funded one) so if you have not worked in a startup the growing pains that come with such rapid growth can be a small shock, but they have been good at having plans in place and making quick adjustments as new machines or teams are rolled out. But I know some people prefer to be in a more corporate environment where things are the same month to month, year to year. There is a lot of change but it is all growth and expansion
