Management in the workplace shows clear favoritism, consistently siding with tenured agents even when they lack a full understanding of the situation. Decisions are heavily influenced by the feedback of these senior employees, often at the expense of fairness and transparency. Additionally, some Filipino tenured agents create private group chats to mislead newer employees, providing false guidance or setting them up for mistakes. To make matters worse, they delete replies to erase evidence of their actions, further contributing to an environment of mistrust and manipulation. This behavior not only undermines teamwork but also places new employees at a significant disadvantage, creating a toxic and unproductive work culture.
