      Pros

      The marketing team goes to employees and forces them to write positive reviews about IDS Next on Glassdoors, when you read soo many superlatives even when your salary comes terribly late and pf is not credited you must doubt how the review is postive.

      Cons

      They hold back your last months salary, gratuity and other amounts due to you and never pay it. You can send them reminders for years, and nothing will come of it. These are thick skinned folks confident of getting away with thieving hard earned money.

      Bad Paymaster : Nobody responds when you call / email them for ur settlement

      Pros

      BAD Experience. Worked for almost 4 years. My last two months of salary + allowances are still pending. The Finance Guys will ignore your calls when you call them for your settlement amount. They will not even acknowledge your calls / emails.

      Cons

      Have left the company towards the end of 2016. Had given a proper notice. My last 1.5 months of Salary is still pending + the allowances. The HR Guys are good. BUT magic begins when you approach the Finance Guys. They will NOT take your calls, not respond to emails, will NOT even recognize that you have even worked for them. I am very upset. My advice : Think 10 times before you join.
