Pros
Flexible working hours, getting every other Friday off it's great. Most of the employees are fun to work with.
Cons
You don't get an opportunity to think for yourself. Most "engineering" is copying an old design and making a few changes that the engineering manager tells you to make. The job market is tight in Grand Forks. I've been looking for a different job for over a year but would like to stay in the area so I'm staying put for now. There is no semblance of teamwork. Instead there is a lot of finger-pointing.
