      Good place for cruising in your career

      Pros

      Low key, most of the people are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Poor management. Afraid of taking chances. Benefits aren't great, bonuses are awarded monthly based on how billable you've been throughout the calendar (read carefully, calendar) month. If you are billable 85% of the *calendar* month, you get an extra cash bonus. However, that actually rarely happens, unless you happen to be in a long term contract.

      - We are working on an interesting open source project management product that is used by large companies. - Using the newest technologies and building business app with trendy features such as wiki, blog, activity wall, and other social and collaboration business features. - Overall good people in development and leadership

      Cons

      - Leadership team does not always agree on product direction. - All leadership is in USA and all development is off shore in India, East Europe, Central America.
