Pros

coworkers are great people trying to make things work.

Cons

Leadership is directionless and emotionally volatile. Constant changes to the price of the product. Grasping for differentiators that just aren't there. Firing employees without warning or reason Zero company moral CTO is ok but too passive to make an impact on culture. CEO couldn't run a lemonade stand, much less a infosec company

Pros

Remote environment. Interesting industry. Really enjoyed working with my colleagues.

Cons

I can say that the reviews I've read are very accurate. Granted, I did get along with the CEO and while he isn't the best leader, he did seem to care about the team. I can also see where others are coming from thought. The biggest issue is that leadership doesn't understand that it takes time to build a solid foundation. You can't build a solid foundation if you're constantly letting people go. A new CRO has been brought on and he's ruined what little culture and positivity was on the team. He thinks he knows more that everyone else and everything he says has to be right. He's also incredibly rude and condescending. While we were all overworked and stressed as is, since the CRO has been brought on things have gotten a lot worse and I don't see things getting better.

Toxic Leadership and Disrespectful Work Environment

Pros

A few talented colleagues who try their best despite the toxic environment. Remote work

Cons

- The CEO is a major issue; he refuses to listen to anyone, believes he knows everything, and is running the business into the ground. - The CEO exhibits blatant misogyny, with promotions consistently going to male employees while women are underpaid for doing the same work. - There's no respect for employees as individuals; the CEO treats everyone like machines, without any regard for personal growth or well-being. - The company culture is stifling and demotivating. It's the worst place to be if you're hoping to advance your career or find any sense of job satisfaction.
