I worked in MNC before, but this compny has lots of problems. Projects dont go live. Dont have good projects like working on anime. No projects Projects have problems like severe backhend & database issues leads no time to work. Employees worked on these projects got frustrated & left company. Now its names are changed. Most employees dont stay more than a year like leave within weeks or months because of bad projects & politics. Low salary No work/life balance.

1. They have more interest on your personal matter. 2. CEO has more interest on your amazon, Flipkart delivered content and you will be asked to unpack and show in front of everyone. 2. No hike even after working for two years. 3. No motivation or encouragement towards a good job. 4. No environment for freshers. This is not a place to learn until or unless you’re a self learner. 5. Comparison of your own code from scratch with senior employees which will definitely make you feel pissed off. 6. Interrogations on who eats what, whom you’re a friend of. 7. As they are Infosys ex employees, while putting rules and regulations, you will often hear about Infosys culture here which is meaningless. 8. The Ceo never comes to office at time. Never think he gets stuck in Bangalore traffic.. He just steps down a pair of staircase. They want you to come to office at sharp 8:30 am or else they will yell at you. 9. Won’t tell much about the worst projects as it’s already been told here by someone else. 10. The worst pantry. 11. CTO only understand money. Sometimes you may get badly humiliated by the client in front of him. Don’t expect he would fight back for you. They would say you to keep quiet. 12. If you are not good into their eyes, your life is hell here. 13. Other things are told here which are true indeed so I don’t want to repeat the same thing again.
