- Very data-driven decision-making process - Highly malleable operations that allow for a multitude of content to be produced in multiple verticals - A highly dedicated and passionate team of managers and leads - Always adapting to the ever-changing landscape - Always improving the operations and content processes
Cons
- Fast-paced environment which is not suited to everyone - Publishing is a 24/7/365 business, therefore some attention is required on the weekends at times

Could not recommend working for HotCars enough; fair pay, continuous training and a plethora of opportunities for progression.
Cons
If pushed to find a con, occasionally the time difference can lead to slow communication when a quick answer may be required. Unavoidable with remote working though, and the positives far outweigh the negatives.
