      HostDime Colombia is a huge school for many professionals; you can be challenged with different situations depending on the role. HostDime is growing now, and all the operations, processes, and procedures are aligned with the data center TIER IV, which was built in 2022. So, there is much to learn in HostDime.

      Cons

      HostDime is a young company that provides the same range of services as others. As a company, there are many things to learn in order to compete and be prepared for high projects and customers. As a professional, you will be pushed to learn fast and find out how to resolve situations that the company has never dealt with.

      Some really good people and a nice office

      Manny Vivar is the owner. He is a selfish POS that fires people without cause, refuses to pay employees what they are worth and plays favoritism. It is a good thing gor him that florida is an at will work state or his current and former employees would have sued him out of business. If his clients knew what he really thought of them and he treated his employees im sure they would hesitate in giving him their money. Manny vivar is a slum lord running a business
