Pros

Great product. The product works very well and is not an eye sour.

Cons

The management and sales approach are very scamish. Great product, build value, then drop, drop, drop price. You are on call all day without pay. You pay for car maintenance, gas, and can travel 1 hour to an appointment with almost no warning that you have an appointment. EX. 3:30 pm drive an hr with no sales material for an appoinment. Very unorganized management. They will treat you poorly and claim it is all a mistake somehow.

Pros

They hosted activities with food and tried to make things fun

Cons

They discussed doing these things right in front of everyone. I assume as a way to intimidate us into not quitting. If someone is NCNS (no call no show) for a few days, which is the same as quitting, the managers would get together in the front of the room and loudly discuss how this person was being marked in the system as terminated. I'm sure the same would also happen to someone who gave a two weeks notice. Once management doesn't like you, that's it for you. The managers like to make people look bad... They'll send you home early (and I've heard that you don't get paid for that shift) or they'll publicly fire you to humiliate you in front of everyone. I've seen this happen to multiple people.

Pros

I can’t think of any. If you have no integrity and don’t mind lying to people than you might be successful.

Cons

-Management promotes lying to customers to get their business. -Implements shameful high-pressure sales tactics. -Leads are not qualified and you will waste a lot of time. -No Communication. If someone cancels appointment you won’t know until you get there. -Installers aren’t reliable and you’ll lose business or have upset customers. -You’re essentially selling greatly over priced kitchenware to put on peoples homes. I want to add that I have been working in the home remodeling industry for a number of years and there are many companies that are very reputable and have great processes that offer Much better products and services than Homecraft. I would look elsewhere.
