Great culture, highly motivated people. Very flat heirarchy! (CEO made coffee for me before!)

Still a growing company but with very solid foundation to capitalise on the future.

Pros
Work is interesting. Getting to work on some interesting projects. Work life balance is great. Culture is amazing. People & Management are really chill and I see no issues with the leadership. Big companies have invested here.
Cons
I do not see any negatives here.
