The leadership at the C-level and below treats you like an adult; gives you autonomy but expects performance, and will lend a hand without hesitation to help you hit your goals. Pay is competitive for the industry and has standard cushy tech perks. It is an exciting time at the company, the future looks great, the business is steady, and top talent keeps getting hired.

Politics will bleed into the culture and the all-hands meetings from time to time,
