Nice working environment they allow people to grow

Cons

They lowball employees, knowing that the OM is Filipino, let's give her the nickname "H" She doesn't want to provide pay based on the employee's performance but on the market value of the salary in the specific country (Philippines).

Pros? I think it's just because of the great TL and trainer aside from that, everything is crap!

ALOT! But let me start with the monthly pay of $540. Yes $540 only and you get it every month. What's worse is that if it gets delayed HR and accounting will blame it on your bank. PLAIN STUPIDITY!!!How can you pay your bills on time when you haven't received your pay of, again $540. Then they will remove you because you were unable to pay your electric and internet bills. And because you haven't received your pay of, again $540.How pathetic!
