Excellent mission. Decent pay. Remote.

Cons

I have no idea how this company is still standing. Leadership is more concerned with their egos and optics than actually accomplishing the work. Questionable ethics. They have blown through money without a real product and zero growth. It’s all lip service - and the employees (past and present) who have worked to make this company a success have paid the price.

Interesting origins and tech, founded by people with best intentions

Lack of direction & leadership, trouble finding market fit, CEO created weird culture. Lots of emotion and talking, not a lot of leading. They have lost their way.

Mission driven company trying to improve mental health care with better tools and data.

Cons

The CEO is not effective and is not a good leader. He always speaks about being transparent, but he does not actually do it. It is very disappointing, and he has tricked many people. It is not safe to even reveal identity here because of what he has done to others. Bad morale for all.
