Pros
12hr shifts, if you work 3 shifts you would have 4 days off. Very awesome coworkers.

Pros
There is some flexibility of schedule. You can pick up extra shifts if you need extra money. You are able to be seen in the clinic and receive healthcare from them for free.
Cons
Lots of drama. Owner is incompetent. No overtime even if you work more than 40hrs/wk. Health insurance isn't good especially for families($800+/month)
