Coffee is only provided once a day. Not allowed to take more. Made to sweep and wipe the floors and tables. Have to sit shoulder to shoulder on tables. Ac switched off to conserve electricity. No PF hence they refuse to hire more people because they try to keep it under the pf requirement. The HR has never done HR in her life and spends her time slyly deciding how to support the company owners in increasing everyone’s workload but denying basic ethical practices. Like making employees clean and sweep and wipe the floors. Refusing coffee through the day etc.. apart from this employees are expected to do multiple jobs including HRs job. Bosses constantly gaslight everyone and are not in communication with each other. Every single employee burns out after three months. After which the management asks them to leave. No bonuses. And they make sure to say everything negative when it comes to year end reviews in order to make sure to deny you any hike in salary. If you’re lucky you will get two percent. That is why everyone leaves in three months. They will lie about work timings but 90 percent time is spent with late nights in the office and working on weekends. Employees are just their donkeys who they use and throw as per requirements.

No real vision or goal at the top level. Low employee satisfaction or growth avenues.
