As a senior member, I had full involvement in shaping the size and fit of the team Fun culture and open door policy across the team - the People Officer really makes sure the team gel together Everyone gets real experience at clients, even if not directly allocated, it's encouraged that junior members get to spend time at clients
Cons
As a small firm it's tough to get the structure and progression of a larger organisation Landing new clients in a small firm is more of a challenge, but it does make the team up their game
