      Pros

      -Some staff are genuine, helpful, and positive to work with. But head caution.

      Cons

      Tons. Management is disjointed and the organization is horribly run. Basically you spend all your time predicting what two to three people want and get yelled at after working 12-14 hour days if you missed one spelling error while they jet around in first class all the time with little time or energy for their employees. "Social good" is what the firm claims to work on but basically just helps trick actual do-gooders with partnerships with large companies who just want to use them for a photo op and PR campaign without meaningful change.
