None, whatsoever. This was not a good experience .
Cons
The most disorganized company I have ever encountered. On boarding and HR is non existent. Their office was a crammed mess. Was never paid correctly or clearly explained how anything was done. Training consisted of only reading outdated marketing materials, zero CRM training and then when I used it was told everything I entered I did incorrectly. Daily expected sales metrics were unobtainable. I wasn’t even given a business card...for a sales role!
