- Great for developing cross-functional teamwork skills - Provides an opportunity to work with real clients - Good mission; the work involved is highly impactful
Cons
- During my experience, there was only one designer despite the workload being designed for 2+ designers. This added a bigger workload as the designer and made it difficult to complete the project within the expected timeline - Clients can be uncommunicative at times, making it hard to complete tasks within certain time frames
