      Clear training, but high targets and low commissions

      Pros

      There clear direction and systematic, training is provided and there's manual for learning about the company culture.

      Cons

      You really have to upsell yourself in order to promote item to customer, sometimes management will give higher target that impossible to achieve and commission rate is low so you have fight with other sales associate which can get result into arguing amongst colleague.
