Pros

They have desks that elevate.

Cons

It's a modern day sweat shop that over promises and under delivers. Family-operated office pretends to be a corporate identity. Expects employees to work 40+ hours a week with no compensation for overtime. Environment and culture is one of uncertainty. Everyday could be your last. Upper management is terrible at making decisions. They change direction on a day-to-day basis. Good employees don't last here.

Pros

No pros: Expensive Insurance: There are no pros to working on this company. You are offered insurance at first and the company is so cheap, they expect you to pay in full the buy in that the company is supposed to pay for the employees, so you will not see a paycheck for the first couple of months if you decide to get insurance. A revolving Door: They go through an enormous amount of employees on monthly bases, people leave regularly, this place is a revolving door, and it is no wonder why. I wish I would have read the review from someone else here, who was spot on when it called it a "sweat shop" and the reason I am writing this review.

Cons

Nepotism: The owner has both of his sons working there who do absolutely nothing but talk and take breaks. Then, all the other employees have to pick up the slack and stay late to cover for the fact that they are understaffed. No flexibility for employees: The Owner expects you to come early, leave late and work on weekends, but if you stay a minute extra out for a Doctor's appointment you will have to take it off your pay. Lack of management experience: The owner arrives around 10-11 am with several issues that need his attention always pending due to his tardiness. Once he arrives, he locks himself in the office and badmouth everyone and reminisces on the good old days. This causes employees to have to pick up the slack and stay late daily and weekends to cover for the owner's lack of business sense and management skills as well as his incapacity to manage and communicate. Low Pay: When it comes down to it, if you divide the amount of hours you are expected to work vs the pay you are offered, you will get less than half the hourly rate they are offering you.

Pros

Management genuinely cares about junior staff growth. The office and standing desks are nice.

Cons

Things can be fast paced and days could be long.
