Pros
The employees (not management) valued and looked after one another. Good product idea.
Cons
There was no business plan. Plan changed when the wind blew. No clear leadership. It’s everyone’s fault except for the head of engineering. A confidential note was sent out to incorrect audience about terminations. No benefits when laid off as promised.
