Pros
- Perfect place for genuine, good people - Great company who will support you with pretty much anything. - Standards and expectations are high but not unrealistic. - Medical perks, company team building holidays, cycle to work scheme, Xmas parties and summer socials etc - Free secure onsite parking and easy to get to. - All stakeholders are very approachable and welcoming - You know you’ve got a good workplace when majority of the staff that leave, ask to come back. - Several colleagues have served over 10 years service - Growth is supported and achievements are celebrated - Feels like a close knit family, not just in the UK branches but with the wider European group - No weekend work
Cons
- Could do with soundproofing / modernising some of the rooms - although I believe this is on the cards - No other negatives spring to mind as the business have always listened to staff suggestions and put measures in place to make it a better workplace
