      Pros

      Mission driven wellness company, talented and fun team that try to help each other, opportunity for growth, great perks like Work from Home Wednesdays, safe environment to be yourself. You can feel the momentum in the business and the company genuinely cares about the employees and our clients. I’m learning a ton and love the team.

      It’s a start up so you have to like taking initiative and wearing many hats.

      Pros

      I've worked in more than 6 companies across the Bay Area, and I can't think of a better place to work. Growing a company is not at all easy, but you are given the freedom you need to get your job done and a lot of support from your colleagues. Culture is at the core of what the company is about, so its not only important WHAT you do, but HOW you do it.

      Cons

      We are a startup which means we don't always have the luxury of following long-term plans. We have to react, and sometimes that can mean changing approaches quickly. Finally, if you just want to be measured on results and have methods ignored, this isn't the place for you.
