Only Good thing is that it is Hinduja Group company but currently Gro is ruining the reputation of Hinduja Group.
Cons
1. Frequent Job threats by you Peers 2. PIP and Warning is common. 3. Politics at its peak even it Top management level. 4. You will get appreciation, increments and promotion only if you lick well and if you are good at politics. 5. Frequent strategy changes. 6. Lay off happened last year for Freight division. Join only if you are desperate.
