      Pros

      I had a suuuper great time…. Ok so, I’m self employed and haven’t worked for anyone since 2018. But I can’t use this site unless I submit a review and I can’t choose a date earlier than 2021, so here we are. Entrepreneurs might also like to use your site and I can’t very well review my own company as the founder so… I did work here in 2015-18 at the salary listed so that’s real. It was a great place to work which no longer exists. I left in 2018 to start my own agency.

      Cons

      Medium sized agency so salaries weren’t super competitive. But pay in this industry in Canada is pretty awful access the board so, maybe it was normal?

      Got to work on big brands, good support from superiors, good salary for entry level

      Often worked weekends, worked 50+ hours a week, no perks other than typical health benefits, management picked favourites

      Pros

      Great people. Small agency atmosphere where we all celebrated wins and made an effort to bond. Transparent and open-door management who really encouraged growth and made opportunities for junior hires to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Salary was abysmal. I took it because I needed it, but it was borderline insulting.

      Thanks for the review. Glad it was a great experience and a positive foot in the door. We now tend to call those types of first jobs paid internships which is closer to the truth as so much training and time goes into junior staff members. I appreciate the feedback.
