Pros
unlimited PTO and remote work. The sale is super easy.
Cons
The company is unsure of what they want to be. OKR dont come out until August, Bonuses are peanuts and wont be paid out until August. There is no leadership and if there is a leadership call changes are the leader will miss it. Its hostile and you will get blammed for everything

Don’t pay you out accordingly Offer promotions with no increase in Pay Owner is beyond self conceded and likes to brag about her successes as a “Owner” or a lawyer Beyond disorganized No training program All they have you do is call Good luck to anyone who attempts to work here Company is not profitable & profit margins are terrible
