Pros
Challenging and fast paced environment which pushes employees out of comfort zone, learn and grow their knowledge, skills and experience. A lot of external and internal training opportunities. Inspiring leader as CEO, very experienced and financially stable.
Cons
Very strict quality requirements so need to be responsible and task oriented. Less diversity and need to adapt to the working culture. Low starting salary but have performance evaluation to qualify for increment.

Good medical benefits, nice workplace and friendly staffs, good starting points for freshies, top managements are concern about staff welfare.
Cons
1. Need to strengthen business acumen and strategy. 2. Need to improve top bottom communication. 3. HR need to be more engaging towards staff.
