Cons
Director/Owner is a very toxic manager. Pits employees against one another. Says he has a open door policy to discuss sensitive issues but turns around and repeats your conversation with others BUT never as a group, always individually and secretively. Never addresses issues directly, automatically goes in to defensive mode and either fires your or makes it a miserable place for you to be so you leave on your own. Never acknowledges good work and when asked to acknowledge good work effort, he tells employees they aren't doing him any favors, they just work for him. Often refers to employees as Heathens and withholds pay til the last minute if he thinks you have made an error. I could go on and on bur I think I've made it clear, he is not a good manager and the office environment is toxic. VERY high employee turnover!
