Pros
Flexible schedule, people are nice, crisis counselling with families available. Students have materials for study sessions. Diverse community support offered.
Cons
Very busy, team makes it seem easy but it’s not, communication with staff and parents is paramount. Feedback to parents is needed after every lesson sometimes taking time away from next session.
