they don't pay, their editor do somthing wrong will say transcriptionist is wrong and they give you a low rating, also the editor will show you a different audio file with what you transcribed and give you a low rating, thus you don't get any money

Sometimes the audio quality is so poor I wonder how transcribers are expected to transcribe them.
