No room for advancement Was hired for sales, but was treated like more of a secretary taking care of outside sales reps workload, taking care of customer requests to modify phone plans and rectify billing errors and did not make very much in commission as this consumed most of my time. Outside sales reps would make promises they could not fulfill to clients and I would be stuck dealing with the upset clients.
