Business outlook

Pros

- Ability to work in different location. I worked in 3 countries over my carrier with GlobalLogic - Remote work opportunities - Professional management and HR - Nice people and offices - If project is closing, they have a "bench", not lay you off - Work in different domains on different projects

Cons

- Quite often project are boring since bigger companies are outsoursing legacy or something not interesting - In outstaff model you are contractor so when layoffs happening in clients company, you most likely be first to go - No bonuses, slow salary grows - Hardware that GL provides is suck but it typically depends on project
