      Better management is the only thing that lacks. Nothing else.

      Pros

      Do everything favorable to the management and they will be ok.

      Cons

      If you point out their mistake, there starts torturing from different angles. If you stay favoring them then everything will be alright for you. If you ask for a salary increment, from then onwards they point out fault in you. Had lot of bad experiences.. I have not felt having a corporate culture.
