      -Supportive colleagues -Work From Anywhere (WFA) flexibility -Enjoy collective/joint holidays, unlike most companies in Indonesia

      Cons

      -Good as a stepping stone, but no career growth and clear career path -Management structure can be really confusing , and unclear vision & mission -It feels like many of the decisions were made impulsively and lacked expert judgment, which may make them unsustainable in the long run.
