Pros

The ground-floor team has always been the best part of working here. Everyone is helpful, talented, and great to collaborate with. I actually chose to leave full-time employment in 2024 due to management, but those individuals are no longer with the company. I still partner with Giant as a freelancer, so I’ve been able to see their recent evolution. There has been a very noticeable, material improvement in the culture coming from leadership. Aside from the team, the physical workspace is awesome. The office has tons of room to collaborate, top-of-the-line equipment, and great studio space.

Cons

It’s a smaller company in a fast-paced agency environment, so you have to expect occasional crunches.

Pros

GIANT provides an excellent opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and marketing disciplines. The team is collaborative, leadership is approachable, and there is significant room for personal and professional growth. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills, and taking ownership of your work, you'll find lots of opportunities here.

Cons

Like many growing agencies, priorities can shift quickly and the pace can be demanding at times. Processes are continually being refined as the company evolves, which means employees need to be adaptable and comfortable with change. Strong communication and self-management skills are important to succeed.
