-the experience looks great on a resume -they set you up with housing and meals -you have the opportunity to work in many different fields
Cons
-you are made to work much more than is advertised -you are paid very very little for the work that is being performed -you will be thrown into your positions without being trained -you live on the ranch, so it is easy to be micromanaged and overworked -you are made to live at least four people to a room, eight to a house -housing is very small and minimal
